The lady that “helped me” was kinda short and bilingual. We walked in on a Sunday (8/16/2020) in the afternoon. Upon entering, we were not greeted nicely. We had to say “hello?” To even know anyone was inside the building. We were immediately (like not even 5 min into us being there) told that what we were looking for was not in stock but could be ordered and then she proceeded to tell us that we would not find it anywhere else because they don’t hold those type of mattresses any where. Needless to say this customer service was absolute garbage. The lady clearly did not have a good day. I felt like she was rushing me and pushing me out the door. The warehouse is big and they have a couple mattresses available to try but I left quickly because of how uncomfortable I was.

This place was awesome. I’ve been mattress shopping for a few weeks now and this has been the most helpful location thus far. Ask for Nicholas Perez he is extremely informative and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get everything you need.

It was very helpful and reasonable. I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying a new bed to go in and check their inventory out. Quality mattresses as well.

Amazing location and very knowledgeable staff! The salesperson was very helpful and was able to provide solid recommendations based on what we needed. They knew extensive details about the products they carried at the store, as well as what was available in the market. We’ll definitely be back next time we need a mattress or pillow!
