The WORST company EVER! Do not buy from this place. My couch came defective in November. It is now Feb. 2nd and NOTHING has been done. They keep giving me the run around. I have asked to speak with a supervisor for 3 months now. NOT ONE person has called back from this company. I wish I would’ve read the Yelp reviews before purchasing from this place. Stay AWAY!!
I am very happy with Rana Furniture’s Customer Service Department. I was having an issue with my sofa so I contacted a lady named Caridad at the Doral Location. She was extremely helpful She went above and beyond to help me. I want to make sure that the company recognizes such good employees as Ms Caridad. Keep up the good work! The platform bed I choose was delivered slightly early and the setup was very professional. They did a great job. The bed is exactly as shown and I was surprised how solid it is constructed. I had been searching for a stylish platform bed for months.nnThe communication was by text. I will be buying more furniture from Rana.
