It was better than I expected, the customer service was on point. And everything was done diligently and on time. The only bad thing, is that they don't sanitize as much. But everything was good.

El cónsul Ricardo and his team was amazing. Their service was incredible and they do an amazing job at what they do and they try to help people and always super nice and listen to what every questions you may ask and are always there to help us. Nice and quiet place, they took care of us,the council was very nice Mr. Ricardo Cucalon was outstanding,very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He also help this fellow with his passport issues, the fellow wanted to go back home, but he insisted to help. It seems to me they are short of staff. I wish they were more organized. Lack of personal and very outdated protocols.

My cousin has been calling non stop to confirm if they are open or not so she can come to Miami, since she lives in Orlando. I went today and it is closed until further notice but they do not communicate this. Not even on their website or a simple phone message when you call, letting their clients know. They should be more considerate.
