Janay offered excellent customer service and the store has a wide selection of products. Once I made a selection I was told that it would take 16 weeks for delivery. It did, but it was worth the wait. Thank you Janay and Family Furniture.

5 stars for Debra and Family Furniture. I was purchasing a couch and needed help. She answered all of my questions, helped me find the perfect couch and even did a house call to make sure the color of the leather was perfect. She also gave me some home great design tips and helped me move some pieces around. Delivery guys were great and couch is top quality. Great to have found Debra and Family Furniture Leather Gallery!

Debra, our sales professional was wonderful! I am categorizing her as professional! She is not the normal stereotypical furniture salesperson. The prices and quality are great. Cody, the guy who helped us load our vehicle, is an amazing asset to this business. Thank you to you both!!! We will be back to buy from Debra again and we will request Cody to deliver the rest of our items to our home.
