Like many found this place through a Groupon. Just a heads up, you will have to pay $20 for a tip that will be reusable for all sessions, even if you have prepaid via the coupon. Sometimes I don't bring any credit cards if I know I've prepaid, so just a note. They are super efficient and usually get me in early - basically as soon as I arrive. They call a couple days ahead of time to confirm your appointment as well.nnCOVID protocols - during the confirmation call, they will ask if you've been in contact with anyone feeling sick or if you have been feeling any symptoms. I assume if you say yes, they will ask you to reschedule. Upon arrival, they will sanitize your hands and take your temperature. All staff is masked properly.nnLaser effectiveness - I think with dark hair I'm an ideal candidate and I am happy with the results.

I dont think the Laser hair removal is working here or they are not doing it right for me.. They said it will work for black hairs. but, I have been going there for 4 months and it didnt work except one time(1 person really did well & it worked. She really took care and listens to my problamatic area, Others just hear what you say and eventually do the same thing ). I started to feel that I wasted money on it. Should have selected some other spa with minimal number of visits & with more effective laser machines & estheician who listens. I have been telling them everytime but no difference, its new person doing the procedure everytime and they didnt seems to understand it , and every individual does it in different style , and the same hair spots are not targetted everytime. I have 2 more visits with them , if I get the job done i'll update the review. If not Please dont waste money.

I have only had great experiences with lotus laser! They do a wonderful job of keeping clients feeling comfortable and facility is clean. I am loving my laser hair removal! Best decision I have ever made! Receptionist is kind and makes scheduling easy!

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. They make you comfortable and the best part of it is they give you a call to remind you of your appt so that you don't miss it. My laser hair removal experience with them is excellent and I am grateful that I chose Lotus laser and Spa

Bought a groupon to try this spa, and then bought a package after my first few sessions. super friendly staff and esthetician. Very happy with the results of laser hair removal.
