What fabulous customer service!!!! Kevin was wonderful. We were moving our mom to an assisted living and we were promised that the mattress would be there. Since it didn't come in on time Kevin upgraded our mattress and got it there on time!!!
Ask for Natasha!! Very pleased and Happy. I went in with an idea of what I needed to get for my grandma and she was extremely helpful. Within 3 trys we found the mattress for her. She will ensure that you have the correct height and right fit under the mattress. We were in and out in no time. Never once did we feel pressured to buy. The customer service is worth noting! Please ask for her.
What a great place to buy a mattress from..Both Carlton and Manual are very knowledgeable about all mattresses that are on the floor. They don’t “hustle” you to make a purchase until you feel comfortable with your decision. I really recommend this place!!
Manny is one outstanding person, that goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. Thank you for being the first person that we had the pleasure of doing business with upon our arrival in Florida. My husband and I have already returned twice! We left with the best mattress in the business without even thinking twice. Thank you for a Golden 5 star experience at the City Mattress Coral Springs location. Our family will be back!
Absolutely horrible customer service. We got a mattress from here and they lied to us so they could keep their commission even though the “90 day” sleep guarantee said that we would be able to swap it out. This company and this store is full of lies. Go anywhere else.
