I purchased a bed set, vanity, and table. The glass on the table came scratched. The vanity came with the glass scratched, the hangers for the jewelry fell out and would not go back in, the bed frame came dirty, dusty, and damaged. The people who delivered it were very impatient. I tried to contact someone about it and the sales person was very rude and even hung up on me.
I had a Great Experience. I came in the other day and the salesman were very nice. The store is next to other stores, so make sure you see the sign where it says Payless, This store is of better quality. they have the modern store. honestly I was surprised they had such modern pieces.nnReally great experience! BTW I bought a bed and a dresser.
Came over to the store last week. The service is great! loved the quality of my furniture!
