This review is long overdue. About a month or two ago I came into the store just wanting to browse and inquire about a bedroom set I fell in love with. As soon as I walked through the door everyone was so sweet. Elise approached me offering her services but allowed me to look around the store. Although she was currently with a customer she still acknowledged me and let me know she’d be with me shortly. After telling her about the bedroom set I was seeking she took the time out to help me find it. Unfortunately that particular one was discontinued but that didn’t stop her from making sure I found something that I loved just as much. She was very knowledgeable and knew which furniture would be best based on what you were looking for. When it comes to decisions I’m very indecisive and sometimes hard to work with. She never rushed me or had an attitude from taking so long. It was a smile from the beginning to end. Eventually I was able to find one that I loved! I didn’t intend on coming in and getting something. I just wanted to get an idea but I walked away with everything set in place to have it delivered that weekend! This was my first furniture shopping experience. Thanks to Elise, delivery drivers, and the rest of furniture now for making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend!

We purchased a Southern Motion sofa & 2 recliner coordinating chairs. Tiffany gave us the very best customer service & she strives to please & did so; very well. She is knowledgeable & thorough. Happy we bought furniture with her & Furniture Now!!

I absolutely would not recommend purchasing from them. We ordered a couch from them at the beginning of March and they said it would take about 3 months to come in. 7 months went by and we heard nothing from them. Finally we went in to ask about the status of our couch and we told the woman helping us that we haven’t heard anything in 7 months. She took our name and number and went to check on it. A guy then came to us and asked if they could deliver it to our home the next weekend. No explanations as to why they hadn’t contacted us, no apology, nothing.... we had also called at 5 months to ask about the couch and all they said was that they had no information about it. It's a good place to look for value priced furniture. They have ready to go units that can be taken home that day, and others that can be ordered with custom fabric or features. They also have the largest fan I have ever seen in my life at the rear of the store. I recommend sitting in in the recliners and cooling off under their enormous fan while pondering all of the fabric options.
