My wife and I bought new living room and dining room set over 8 months ago for our newly renovated house. We received all but the bench seat that part of the dining set. Every week I call to at least get a update on expected delivery but I get the it’s coming from over seas . Now the store is closed and I can’t reach anyone by phone.nnThis is very poor customer service ! If I pay for a complete set of furniture that’s what I expect to receive.
Wasn't pushy, just let me walk around and look. Had some nice rugs and good price. Will probably go back next week to get a couple of them.
pricey for the items they have. Items that had a yellow dot sticker had no prices on them, but did notice they have defects or damaged. Do have some beautiful rugs tho..price..?
So I bought a mattress and adjustable bed 3 weeks ago and had it delivered. When it was delivered I was told he couldn't find the remote, but he ordered one and he was having it over nighted. I have had to check in weekly cause he doesn't call with updates. While he did give me a free rug for my inconvenience I have an adjustable bed that doesn't adjust! Very disappointed!
i had a great time shopping here. i found a great couch for my first apartment and at a low price! once i got here the gentleman told me about all their discounts and really helped me out. i 10/10 recommend getting your next couch/sectional/etc. from johnny’s crazy deals on hwy 98!
