Adam, Craig and staff are very experienced , far beyond just doors!! I recommend for cabinets, doors, flooring, decking, and just about anything you can think of building a house or doing a remodel! Pricing much better than the big stores too!

in April 2020 I had 4 windows put in, they shorten them the way I wanted but the width was to small. I had 30 inch width and they put in 28 inch. I had alot to fill in on the inside. They weren't level you could see with your eye they were crooked. Everyone that looked at them drew my attention to it. I went by on June first and showed them photos of them. They said they were crooked and they'd come right out and look. They never came. Called them again on the 16th, Adam came by to look at them July 7th said he would be by in 2 weeks to straighten them up. Never heard nothing more from them so I called them in February 2021 and told them I was doing the rest of my windows with window world. They act like they really didn't care and wasn't going to fix the windows. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and those that ask me I tell them so. If they were a good business they would have corrected the mistakes they made, without me keep calling them. And Window World did a wonderful job with my other 13 windows, plus straighten up the other 4. I really wanted to support my local business , but doors and mores of Abingdon was a mistake. I was really surprised at Adam.

Depending on who you talk to they give you different prices. One man said $400 for installation another said $300 for installation. When we ordered our last door we were told it would be $275 and it would be here in one week. Well it took 4 weeks to get the door and every time I called about iot they were going to check on it and call me back but never did. When the door finally got here and my husband picked it up they charged $317 for the door. I called Mark and went to the store. I showed him a receipt from Lowe's where we had just gotten the same door for $219 earlier in the week and he wouldn't match it nor would he honor the $275 price he quoted us. He said they sell the door for $297 so I asked him why he charged my husband $317 plus tax for which he didn't have an answer. He did give me $20 difference. Don't trust them. You can get same doors somewhere else cheaper without being lied to.

I was there twice, 2 weeks apart, asking to get our double car garage door adjusted so it would close properly. Both times I was assured that they would come to our home and take care of our problem. We have not heard from them and it has been 1 1/2 weeks since I was there and received their last promise. Obviously they have NO customer service.
