Not happy- I've called 4xs no reply; no email address available. I'm missing over 60 pieces of hardware. I completed the request on the website and awaiting a response. Based on the level of response I'll consider an 2nd review. #fingerscrossed

One part came broken, called and was helped by awesomely pleasant and knowledgeable person..nPrices good...will shop them often

The worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I have been trying to assemble this cart for 2 months now and am still missing parts. The first package I receives was so badly damaged I had to exchange it. The second package contained NO hardware. I called, e-mailed, made a request for the parts online. FINALLY received a package of hardware and it was still missing parts. I've been calling and e-mailing without response. I will NEVER order from this company again and advise anyone considering making a purchase from them to do so knowing they may or may not receive a complete package and if they need any customer support they are on their own. ZERO STARS for this company.
