There’s only 2 good employees at the store. Everyone else is extremely rude. I tried to go in a couple weeks ago and explained that I needed a payment extension and they wouldn’t work with me at all. Managers seem to come off extremely rude and judgmental.nThe team also gave my old roommate a panic attack by showing up at the house demanding he paid the bill or they would “barge through the door and take what’s theirs “. They never called or contacted me. I had to call the store and explain to them that my roommate has no authority of the house and or the bill, that they never contacted me. And after I explained that he was high functioning autistic, I was told “ well if he didn’t stutter and rush for his inhaler he could have told us himself. “ I had to go into the store and pull a full on “Karen” for them to realize they messed up. The only reason I’m still dealing with the store is because I need the washer and dryer.

Very poor customer service waited 2 and 1/2 weeks and still had to go there to find out a payoff manager acts like she don't care told her she just lost a good customer Shrugged her shoulders and blamed everything on the regional manager trust me I will be going to corporate with this do not invest your money in Aaron's... And on to this!!!! Sent email last Wednesday have not heard nothing from corporate I think I'm going to throw the washer and dryer out the back door and they can get it whenever they get here. Went to Lowe's and found something nicer for a cheaper price I am out to put all the Aaron's out of business in the Tidewater area... RAC even has better deals if you go into the store and talk to them and they're very polite and will work with you. You would think after paying off several things with them they would be more customer appreciative.
