Terrific selection, great prices(10% off if paid in full), and a level of customer service that is truly above and beyond, the rave reviews are absolutely warranted! A family owned and operated business, Jeff, David, and the staff really make you feel welcome as soon you enter, and you never feel like you're being pressured into buying. Delivery and set-up are free of charge and the men who did so were just as friendly and professional as the staff in store. I was especially surprised to get a call from David at the end of the day to make sure that everything went well, and of course I had nothing but positive feedback. I am more than satisfied with my purchases and will definitely be doing business with Virginia Furniture Company again in the future!

The men who delivered my new couch were on time, and very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend the company.

Hands down the best in the Virginia Beach area and beyond! Moving from the north a few years ago was hectic and during a time that was very stressful for my family and I. David and the family at Virginia Furniture put me at ease from day one and made my furniture dreams a reality. They care, not just about making sure you get high quality furniture at prices you can afford but, they literally work with you every step of the way. I haven’t bought a single piece of furniture anywhere else ... and have gone on to furnish an entire house at this point - all from Virginia Furniture Company! Most recently Bonnie worked endlessly through this pandemic to get my daughter her bedroom set - and they even let me a loaner bed while we waited! Just amazing customer service all around - even the delivery men! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

They have a showroom filled with terrific items at good prices. That wasn’t what sold us, though; it was the staff. As a family owned and run business, they seem to take pride in completely caring for each customer. We’re so very happy with our purchase, but even more satisfied with the warm shopping experience. We will definitely be return customers.
