I had a wonderful experience today, the two employees, Michael and Ian were very helpful. I needed to send a couple documents they provided fast and outstanding service. They also gave me valuable information regarding my international shipping. Very good customer service!

Staffs in this particular UPS store are very professional. I don't think I can say that for all UPS stores. Extremely clear on what I need and what they do, so what more can I ask from parcel service? I've been a frequent customer for many eBay listings, and I mean many, and my buyers have been very satisfied with the service, meaning these people do their job well.nnAlso, the store was very aware of COVID-19 situation from the very beginning of the pandemic, and has kept the store operation, while keeping them and customers safe. This, I think, is a super positive aspect of the store. Strongly recommend this store to everyone in the neighborhood.

Siwoo was very helpful when I needed to get some documents notarized, copied, and mailed out. He was extremely professional and polite, even though this was a last minute endeavor and I had to have them arrive the next day. I would highly recommend his store and will continue to go there for all my shipping and copying needs.
