Pleasant Valley Memorial Park was a great experience for my family in our time of grief. They were very professional and courteous. The grounds where very nice considering there was a storm the previous evening. My uncle was presented respectfully. Although a sad occasion I could appreciate their efforts and quick expediting of services seeing as myself and other family members were not local residents of VA. I was pleased with the consideration they took with social distancing guidelines when setting of chairs etc.
I absolutely love Pleasant Valley Memorial Park! Since under new management, I feel completely happy that my loved one is resting peacefully here. Maira and the rest of the staff really do care and go above and beyond. Great experience and what a beautiful cemetery. Thank you for everything!
This is such a beautiful place. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Because of the upkeep of the grounds when you enter the park it just feels so warmth and serene. Peaceful!
I came to see my loved one. I hadn’t been there in quite some time and the supervisor Dave who was very pleasant and professional assisted me in finding where my loved one was located.
After we paid for double depth price couple of years ago to save some money, they now charge us exactly the same as buying a new one. It is outrageous to take advantage of people who lost a love one. We are sad at our loss and we are sad at the service we got from Keith Kramer, the counselor at Pleasant Valley memorial park.
