I just bought a new mattress for the first time in almost 20 years. I didn't know what I wanted, and Garren was there to help. He has a no pressure approach, and friendliness that made me comfortable to ask questions and be unsure. I was unhappy with the mattress I purchased, and thanks to OMF 365 day comfort policy, I was able to go back a second time to Garren and get a different mattress. I have to say, he made the mattress buying experience no hassle, and comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying a new mattress, phenomenal salesmanship.
Garin (sp?) was so helpful! He explained everything about the materials and options, truly listened to my needs, and worked hard to make sure I got everything just right with my order and choices. I felt like he was honest and truly believed in the product, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and I appreciate that! I usually can't stand sales people.
This company is awesome! The main sales associate I dealt with was Gerrin and he was tremendously helpful and honest. I also really enjoyed the conversations we had while I was shopping. The customer service at The Original Mattres Factory is a throwback to how customer service used to be. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a bed!

The shopping experience was awesome. We love the mattress set we bought (this makes #3). The only issue we had was with the delivery guys not wanting to help us move the old bedding downstairs. My husband is a senior citizen, I am disabled by 2 bad knees and a bad back, and we have a special needs daughter that lives with us and because we choose to keep the old bedding the delivery guys wouldn't even help us move it downstairs. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star rating.
