My sales associate Kevin was remarkable. I'm glad I decided to walk into Conn’s Home Plus. I found exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was knowledgeable about the products and ready to assist with any questions. Make it a point to go visit the store. It was such a shocking experience. I called the store Jonathan answered the phone and asked if we could come into the store. He met us at the door from then on it was just a wonderful experience. Jonathan was GREAT. He answered all my questions and just made the whole experience great. Helped in making a great decision on the final computer we chose. Recommend to any and everyone. Great place. To think this was our first but I promise not last visit to Conn’s

Nice, clean appliance store. Would recommend if needing anything for your home or office. Nice selection of appliances but only carry certain brands. Don't get caught up in financing on YesMoney or you'll pay a fortune in financing fees! Pay cash or credit card before resorting to that! Otherwise a great place to shop!

I really wanted to like this company and its products, but they continue to pose so many unnecessary problems for my family and me.nnI ordered a table and chairs, and while everything appeared to be fine when the delivery team set it up, I continue to have to fix little things with the table constantly. It was as if they threw the table together with the expectations that I would do the work to prevent it from completely falling apart. I continue to find missing screws and all kinds of incompetence. Even more, one of the leather seats was coming apart at the seams.nnEven though we bought insurance for the table, the company gave me the runaround trying to file a claim. It took two days and six phone calls to get the claim set up. It's like they sell insurance for their items, but the employees don't know how it seems to work.nnNeedless to say, I will not be buying any more furniture from them. I am simply praying I won't have to file another claim in the future with this table set. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend it even to people I dislike.

Alia was a great person to deal with, she is very knowledgeable and saved me money that I didn't know I could. She wasn't pushy, but there at every whim and question. It seems like it was all a team effort of all who were working and that says alot in today's customer service. I highly recommend Conn's, the service is outstanding and they have very nice things.
