If I could give negative stars I certainly would. I placed an order through this company in early December that I have yet to receive. I have reached out to them to find out the status of my order and can't get a response. I will be contacting the BBB as soon as I am done this review. I would STRONGLY recommend that you avoid this place. This picture was from Friday, 1/29/2020 and it says IN PROCESS/PAID/UNSHIPPED!!!! The order was NEVER DELIVERED!!!!!! And I did TRY to contact you, more than ONCE and couldn't get an answer!!! Even the BBB tried to reach out to you to resolve the issue and didn't get an answer!!!! YOU DON'T ANSWER ANYONE!!!!!!
I had an amazing experience ordering from Tactical. They had amazing customer service and the manner in which they delivered their products/ services were extremely professional. Their team works extremely well together and I look forward to ordering from them again in the future if necessary!
