Fresh remodel.... leaky ac, no face towels, no dishes or cookware.

I stayed here for two months for work purposes. I was told when I got here that house keeping will come once a week on Wednesday. I haven’t had housekeeping at all!!! In two months. The first three weeks I kept going downstairs to ask and they would say we are short handed but we will put you on the list. I guess they haven’t reached my name on that list yet. So I purchased my own cleaning supplies and slept with my own blanket and pillow..... I also asked a few times my first week to be moved to the first floor as soon as something comes available because I couldn’t take the smoke on the third at night and I was told sure putting you on the top of the list. I guess the list hasn’t moved yet in this case as well. The two front desk agents are nice but blow nothing but smoke at you to get you out their face!! Also don’t write your debit/credit card number down as a one time use. Someone tried using my card several times after that so bank canceled it. Overall rooms are nice they are newly renovated and I felt semi safe at night coming in from work.

Terrible...they cancelled my reservation for a family member coming out of town for a funeral. They have no ability to do reservations at 7 pm. And if your name is not on list for attendent you are out if luck! Don't even bother. They told me I cancelled my reservation, which I did not do. I never received email confirming that I did cancel. Bunch of liars, do not trust if you are traveling late to this establishment.

This was my 2nd time staying here and boy oh boy, What a turn around. From the new renovations to the new manager who is just freaking awesome! Intownsuites could not have made a better decision.

This place is NASTY! Manager was rude. They gave us 1 towel and 1 hand towel that we had to wash. We had to supply our own toliet Paper, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean room. We stayed because husband was working here.. stayed a month.. Halls stunk most of the time like cigarette smoke or Mary Jane. Do not recommend.
