We’ve had a great experience every time we’ve shopped here. We had Christine or “Banjo” and she was wonderful. WHEN we go back we’ll definitely have to ask for her again! She was so sweet and gave us updates along the way because they were having some technical issues. Thank you so much, Christine!

My husband and I went in on a weekday to buy furniture for our house that we had bought. We went in well in advance of moving into our house because we knew covid had created some delay in furniture delivers. ( We also had just had our first child and wanted to make sure our house was ready for our big moving day!) we have been in our house for two months now and are still sitting in lawn chairs in our living room because the couch we were promised to have the first week in March had been delayed until May. Our new bedroom set was delivered with a BROKEN piece and they said they would have to come back to delivery the correct piece. It has been 5 weeks and we still do not have the correct piece to set up our bedroom. We have had to sleep in the guest room because the furniture is all over our master. I have called weekly to be told the same story that it will be in the next week. I have even asked to come pick up the piece myself just to get it faster!!! Even though I paid 300$ for delivery. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will gladly take your money and not give you what you paid for.

If I could give no stars I would. When I walked through the door I was barely greeted but the woman sales person pointed me where I wanted to go and that was to the mattress area. She followed me without any conversation at all.We walked pass two other sales people that were sitting looking like they were at home in their dens and didn’t speak. The woman had no personality or salesmanship. When I finally pick out what I wanted. I was told that it was at their warehouse in Williamsburg. I was given no other information she left and sat back down. I went to customer service and was completely ignored. I was the only customer in the store. Finally I was given a flyer with the pickup information. I was so turned off by the sales people rude service. I decided not to purchase the item and I will never return to that store. I will pay double for better service. Get it together Haynes. Because you are not a necessity.

Lots to choose from, prices pretty good. Nice big clean store. What I really liked was the fact that I wasn't followed around the store the whole time, while I was looking, and thinking. Came out empty handed, but nevertheless I was able to think, about being empty handed! Lol.

Placed and order over the Labor Day weekend in September 2020. Was told would arrive in three weeks, then 2 months (December), moved two months more (February) then they assured me 15 April but you have 3 people in front of you. I have called the customer service line and mailbox full and the delivery / pickup and sales line goes to a voicemail. Very poor customer service. I went to the store and they said shipment delayed and unknown ship time. They ask me to cancel and I said NO I have one piece to complete the set. Very bad business.
