My husband James is currently a resident at Bonview. He is well taken care of. The staff is constantly keeping me aware of his health. The staff is great and friendly. If anything goes left with him they will call and keep me very well informed. He has come a long way with there help. He is safe and being cared for well. While this Covid is out they are very careful about visitation but I truly appreciate the zoom calls. They are good for him and the family. No matter when I call and I call alot they are polite and informative. However, I really think they should hire more receptionist to answer the phones on the floors so that the phones will be answered at all times but I truly appreciate the care he receives.

I usually don't make reviews often, however I wanted to let people know who's searching for a rehab facility that I rate Bonview 5 stars. My father just returned home after having to receive rehab for his hip surgery. The nursing staff on the first floor were always so helpful and polite. I'm aware staffing can be a challenge sometimes but even on those days, things were fine. Therapy staff worked with my father even when he was being a little grumpy. he is home now and just as good as new! the whole team was great.nnJust to top it off, I loved the fact they had a breakfast buffet for the residents one morning, with a1 food, all staff participated. it really just shows the extra mile Bonview does to keep their residents happy.nnonly downfall is parking but parking but its manageable.

This location keeps changing names but no matter what name is on the building it's not a place you want to leave your loved one. I see on the news the neglect and abuse of residents and it being covered up continues. My mother lived here for years and it will be one of the biggest regrets of my life.

My brother was admitted to Bonview Rehabilitation and Healthcare after a diagnosis of terminal brain cancer. He received excellent care from the nurses, aides, social workers and all the many people that worked behind the scene to help care for him in the final weeks of his life. The facility was clean, well staffed for the most part, and everyone I worked with during his stay was professional, competent and attentive to his needs. A sincere thanks to everyone who helped our family through this difficult time.

I feel as if everything has been just amazing. Hospitality keeps the building nice and clean. I can see the great leadership that comes from their ED Chris, the whole team shows tons of compassion. therapy department is doing great progress with my mother. excellent care
