They have no answers to your questions. And whatever problem you came for. Even though you call they tell you to leave a message and they would get back with you... NEVER will they get back with you. And they turn around vto blame everything on covid. Pray NOT to have anything to do with this ppl, because your whole yr would be gone with you going back and forth and still not achieving ANYTHING.

Uncaring, unprofessional, hypocritical. I can see why so many children fall through the cracks with this department. It's truly sad.

Good luck getting help. This place has really gone down hill. It seems to depend on your worker to the service you will receive. If you have a bad worker it doesn't matter if you fill out a paper application or one online. Look forward to weeks or months of calling before you finally get help. Workers and supervisors don't return your calls. The receptionists seem to be the only ones to give you any information. They should be the case workers. I am about to hire a lawyer to finally get the services I need. Maybe the lawyer will know who to report this mess to. Something needs to be done.
