I’m reviewing this location after many trips to this Panera. Everything else is good but I’ve almost always had issues receiving curbside pickup orders. The amount of time it takes is beyond acceptable and doesn’t compare with other establishments. Few times it so happened that I had to call after waiting for sometime even though I had checked in using their app.
Store is fine, normal Panera quality, but they ignore Curbside Pickup orders. Plan to walk in to get your order if its at all busy. Had to wait 10 minutes and walk in for 2nd time in a row.nnAlso not a fan of Panera coffee. It has a strong acidity to it.
I asked for two things off my sandwich and still got them both. This is the third time, and what if I was extremely allergic to both things and I consumed it? Do better, Panera. I've worked in the food industry, it can be tough but it's not hard to pay attention or to double check. I'm not ordering from here again, I'll take my business elsewhere.
