At first they got my order wrong. I talked to the lady back in the bakery and after waiting for her to finally get to me I told her they put the wrong colors on the cake. She said that she could not help me because that is what I ordered. I didn't fight her on it but the cake really looked awful and I knew that it was not what I had ordered. I went up to the cashier and paid for the cake, but my face must have given away my dissatisfaction because she asked me what was wrong. I told her and she called a manager for me. I didn't even ask her to call the manager, I had a long day and was ready to take the ugly cake. They insisted that I allow them to make it right so I did. They remade my cake the right way. After checking my order sheet, turns out the bakery lady read it wrong and it was not what I ordered. They refunded me and gave me my cake free.
