Ordered delivery from Uber Eats from this location. In the process of eating, I find, not one, but two hairs. I don't even think they are from the same employee, as one is longer from what I assume would be a female, and the other short, as you would expect from a guy's length. Two different hair tones as well. How does this even happen? And how does an employee NOT notice this as they are mixing the ice cream? I can only assume this was on purpose. This is disgusting.

First of all, I love the quality of ice cream from Cold Stone. They are very delicious and I would give 5 stars for that. But, my review of this place isn't about the ice cream. It's one of the employees that work there who treated me as if I was Fresh Off the Boat asking me to repeat my order. In addition, I ordered the same thing yesterday afternoon from a white employee who understood my order without any issues. But today, it was a Hispanic employee who told me he couldn't understand me wearing my mask behind the plexiglass. Well that white employee didn't have any issues understanding me from the same position. And I've been living in the U.S. since 1987 and spent 20 years in the military. I rarely had anyone telling me that they couldn't understand me. So, I'm sure some of you may understand why I felt the urge to write a negative review about that employee.

Customer service not great! One of the staff member with short black hair on 2/28/21 at 5:50. she actually didn’t want to put any Carmel in my cup after I asked, not to mention I’m paying for it. There’s should be no problem when asking for more Carmel and your paying for it, and the server has an attitude. Not to mention she made sure to tell to the cashier dining us out to add the extra charge (Katie was nice). Then she charges us for “mix ins” 2wice when actuality I substituted the hot fudge for caramel, and ask for some on the top which means she incorrectly charged me. When questioned she made sure to say I actually could have charged him 3x... that makes no sense but that’s what happens when staff aren’t properly trained. Will be speding money at Brusters from now on. On March 7 went to a second location they didn’t overcharge us or wrongfully input our orders!

Quick, polite service for high-quality ice cream! I had the peanut butter cookie dough and it was delicious, better than any store brand and great for a hot summer's day. It costs a bit much but it's definitely worth the money.
