Our buying experience was wonderful! I was super stressed about having to go pick out a new living room suit. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a sales rep named Lee. He was absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. He helped us pick out a great sectional. Not only did we get great furniture at a crazy good price, it was delivered the same day! Definitely recommend this place for all of your furniture needs. Not only are the prices great, the staff is super friendly. We will definitely be visiting again.
Brought a very reasonably priced lane recliner from Kelly a couple of weeks ago. Had an issue with the recliner sinking down in one side. A rocking piece had broken. Spoke with Kelly directly when I called the store. Sent them a few pictures of the damage. They came up with a solution to get the problem fixed very quickly. They swapped out the recliner the next weekend. I am very pleased with my experience start to end. I’ve sat in way more expensive chairs that weren’t as comfortable! Highly recommend giving this place a shot if you’re looking for reasonable furniture. Tall guys they have some recliners for you too! Best part? You don’t have to wait for an order like you do with the bigger name furniture stores. They have most everything in stock so you can load your furniture up and go.
So glad I decided to go in person to the store. When walking in you were greeted by amazing sales people. One of the sales people was Lee, he made sure we found what we were looking for & that we were satisfied with our purchase. I didn't feel rushed or like I forced to buy something. If you want something nice at an affordable price & great customer service go see them in person. Pictures do not do any justice.
When I walked in the store John greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient with me because I tried out quite a few loveseat recliners before I found the one that was just right.nThere was a slight misunderstanding about the delivery day and I spoke to the owner about it. He took care of it for me and I was very pleased.nI highly recommend this store for anyone looking for high quality and beautiful furniture at a great price!
