Casper

The bottom line is, the shopping experience was great. They were professional and we walked away feeling good about our purchase of 2 Waves and adjustable frames. We were told (and this was also reiterated via email) that we'd be contacted in 3-5 business days about delivery. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. Covid is effecting everything so I was trying to be understanding. First time I called customer service I was told the frames had arrived and the mattresses were showing delivered to the warehouse on their end but the delivery company hadn't updated their system yet. They were going to reach out the delivery company and then follow up with me. Heard nothing. Called back a few days later and was told now they were doing a dock search for the mattresses. Waited another couple of days and the last time I called they told me my mattress hadn't even shipped and wasn't expected to until early September. When I started to explain what I had been told previously, the girl backpedaled and I realized that they were just trying to appease customers to buy time so they could deal with whatever was happening on the back end. So I cancelled the order for a full refund (had to contest the in home delivery fee. They tried to make us pay but refunded in the end because no product had been delivered) Went to Mattress Firm and ordered a similar setup that was delivered the next very day. If someone had been up front with me that it would take 6-8 weeks etc to be delivered because Covid was hurting them, I could maybe have planned around that. But that isn't what they are doing and I noticed a fair amount of negative comments on Facebook being filtered out as well. I would steer clear of Casper at least until things in the economy settle down again. I will say, I was always able to reach someone when I called and everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. The refund was issued promptly and the dispute was also handled quickly.

Loved the bed but Customer service deserves 0 star. They delivered us the wrong mattress size and we followed up for a month and half but each time we would get a different delivery estimate. Originally they told us it will ship within 2 weeks, then it was in production delay, then we are third in queue, etc. We were so frustrated we returned their bed and order the purple bed. Will NEVER buy anything from casper again. The worst customer service experience I had with an expensive product.

This buying experience was... perfect.nnThey had every mattress model set up in mock bedrooms. Each was inviting and clean.nnWhen you lay down to try one, they close a curtain and leave you to it. Imaging that.nnThe staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. They answered all our questions.nnWhen we were ready to buy, they asked me to pull out my phone. Within 30 seconds I was approved for an 18 month 0% loan.nnWe payed nothing in store and left with a queen sized Hybrid.nnThe clerk who showed us the different models loaded it into our car for us.nnI don't see how a mattress buying experience could possibly be better ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

Can NOT say enough good about our experience at Casper. My fellow Southern girl Chelsey & Nathan are a dream team and totally helped us pick out the mattress that was perfect for us! We are so excited. If y'all see this, THANK YOU! Your kindness did not go unnoticed. ❤ufe0f
