Urban Interiors

Bought a bed and although it arrived later than expected the delivery and setup were excellent. Bed was exactly what i ordered and expected.

My wife and I recently had Urban Interiors design our baby's room for us and we couldn't be more happy with the end result! From start to finish the design team was great at listening to what we wanted and suggested some really great design features and pieces of furniture that really make our baby's room feel special and unique. We get compliments of it all the time now. The best part is they did all the work for us. My wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. We highly recommend Urban Interiors, their design team are so nice and easy to work with!

While the sales staff is extremely nice, the warranty service is horrible. i have been trying to get someone to fix my couch that is losing feathers now for 5 months. NOBODY is getting back to me. They dont seem to care. Although looks nice in store, couch is HORRIBLE quality. There is no lining between the cushion and the down filling so feathers are always sticking out and it loses between 25 and 30 feathers a day. A this rate it will no longer be a couch by the time they get back to me.

What started out as a pleasant and enjoyable experience turned into a nightmare. Trying to get this company to refund money is extremely difficult. Communication between employees is terrible as well as communication with clients. With each attempt to get a credit applied to my card, I was told I needed to speak to different person, who always happened to be unavailable. I’m still waiting....... Although I’m pleased with my purchase I will NEVER step foot in this store again; unless I’m still fighting to get my credit. BE WARNED!

Really bad. I bought two new chairs that I found the legs are Broken! The sales only care about you place orders, never care all the things after the orders placed, just like delivery and service. I do don’t recommend.
