BoConcept Bellevue

They have Contemporary furniture which I really liked plus my salesperson Kasey was awesome to work with. I purchased a couch, rug, and lamp.nnThe downside... Fast forward 14 months, my rug is falling apart in my low traffic apartment and the store refuses to do anything to make up for it; won't replace it or anything. I expected more from a ' high end' brand. I still like their style of furnishings but I'll have to take my business to other stores like Design Within Reach, Roche Bobois, CB2, etc because of this experience.

Working with Bo Concepts staff, specifically store manager Storm Bennett and Julie Bowers, was a great experience. They provided the best customer service I've ever received and are 100% committed to making sure that you are happy with your purchase and the Bo Concept experience. Definitely recommend working with these two if you choose to buy something from Bo Concept!

Unfortunately Bo Concept has lost a customer. We purchased a media console that we intended to put our sound bar in. We discussed this in store with the sales associate. When we received the unit, we discovered it severely impacted the sound quality. This was never discussed as a possibility with the sales associate and there is no way we could have tested this in store ahead of time. The store is not backing down on the very unforgiving return policy for something in which we consider a serious design flaw and feel that we were misled by the sales associate. Lack of follow up from customer service is the final straw. Unacceptable and a very poor experience for what is very expensive furniture. Shop elsewhere.

Classy and high end furniture all the way from Denmark!

Modern Nordic style furniture comes with excellent qualities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We had a great time shopping in this store.
