I purchased a refrigerator from Best buy in February. By March, it leaked water everywhere on my kitchen floor (and continued doing so until October). In March I called to have it repaired. Best buy said that my 15 days to return/replace the lemon were over. According to consumer advisory, refrigerators on average last 14 years.nnAfter spending a lot of time back and forth they couldn't find someone to fix a fridge leak and they finally agreed to replace the unit.nnThey didn't have one in stock (due to covid) and I received my fridge this week in October.nnBecause their products don't last, I decided to purchase a warranty plan to avoid going through this mess again.nAfter being on hold for an hour and talking to four different associates, I haven't figured out how to give them my money for the warranty.nI keep getting transferred from one department to another. Sales department said that management had to approve; I waited another 15 minutes and it hung up on me.nHow frustrating. I actually want to give them my hard earned dollars for a five year warranty on a product that should last 14 years, and I can't!

There was nobody in headphone department but guy at the front of the store was nice enough to answer my questions. Typical Best Buy is you can't find any help. Typical Best Buy is employee helping you usually knows less then most customers. Not so on the second part in this case. Gentleman was very helpful!
