DONT BUY FROM OFFICE DEPOT - the worst return policy in the industry - sells you a defective product and then does not even return it for store credit within 90 days. Their return policy is 14 days ... the worst in the industry. Not customer friendly and literally a scam, asks you to follow up with the vendor who does not even answernnRevising on 10/25 ... Issaquah store agreed for the return while Bellevue did not revising rating

The store manager either doesn’t know how to train her employees or she is too incompetent to be in charge.nnTanner is probably the only redemptive quality of this place. Good job Tanner, keep this store afloat. Sorry you work with poor management.

I wanted my favorite page a day calendar and they had it already this early in the season and had it waiting for me when I went in to.pick it up. They were very helpful.

I was here in an urgency to print 200 pages and the lady (I think she is called Jenny and is store manager) was very helpful. She walked me through the steps to send attachments, she even help me use binder (I didn’t know how to and in an emergency). I am in the store for a long time (I guess 90 minutes or so) and she was with me most of the time. Definitely recommending.
