Ben at Classic Pianos truly went above and beyond tonight. We had an appointment booked for the end of the day (Black Friday) at nearby Northwest Pianos and unfortunately weren’t able to find a used piano that worked for our family. After making a very long trip we were determined to not head home empty-handed. We called over to Classic Pianos just before 6pm and asked if there was any way that they could fit us in & thankfully Ben agreed to stay late and squeeze us in at the end of a very long day of back-to-back-to-back appointments. So grateful he did as we were able to find a special used Baldwin that we can’t wait to have in our home. Can’t recommend Classic Pianos highly enough if you’re serious about finding a piano of your own from their friendly and super knowledgeable staff. A++

We came in without much of an idea what we wanted and the staff was very patient and helpful in explaining the types of pianos and demonstrating the sound and experience differences. They have a lot of great choices and their trade-up program was also a big selling point for us. We ended up buying an upright piano that we're very happy with. Would recommend!

Beautiful shop. The silver haired gentleman was super nice and helpful. A little kid was messing around with one piano where she shouldn't have been and dropped the keyboard cover on her hands. All in all it was a hilarious and good time.

We worked with James who was very patient and super knowledgeable while he let my son play on pretty much every piano in the place. They have beautiful pianos in every price range. Very easy to work with and excellent service. Thank you!

I purchased a baby grand piano from classic pianos 7 years ago. After 7 years it was time to upgrade to a smaller more space efficient upright. The piano we chose and purchased after final inspection had a large crack in the under carriage of the key board. After trying to get another piano of the same style it turned out they were out of production and out of stock. Classic convinced Schimmel to build one more piano specially for us. It took a few months to build and ship from Europe which adds to the character and life story of our new upright. When it got here it to had a flaw that classic pianos graciously took care of. Overall, Classic Pianos was patient with us throughout the several month process and stood up and took responsibility for flaws and timing delays. The upgrade and wait was totally worth it and I am happy to say that the staff (James & Aaron) and the management at Classic Pianos is first rate and I will return when my piano needs increase once again.
