Our salesperson, Kelly, was amazing. She helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She researched products for us and we got the perfect bedroom set. Sadler's provided outstanding customer service. Way to go Fairbanks!nnThat was so long ago, today I returned and Kelly once again provided outstanding service taking the time to walk through the store to help me assemble my living room for my new house.

We were immediately greeted by Monty when we walked in. He let us wander and shop without pressuring us. We left and went to several other stores but came back for the set we liked at Sadlers. Monty greeted us again and showed us back to the set we liked previously. He is an Army Vet and a great, no-pressure salesman. We got exactly what we wanted and we will be back next time we need anything. The sale and paperwork only took 5 minutes. We are very happy customers.

Both sales people who helped us were very professional. They knew their products very well. They did not hover and gave us just the right amount of attention. The store area for mattresses was laid out very nicely. Information on the mattresses was well displayed and easy to find and understand. And there was a wide variety of choices. We appreciated the patience of the sales people and the quality of both the products and layout of those products. We highly recommend Sadler's Home Furnishings to anyone looking new beds and accessories for beds. We looked at two other stores with mattresses and would not even recommend that family and friends visit anywhere but Sadler's Home Furnishings in Fairbanks. Thank you!

Excellent service and the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture. Friendly service. Fast service. You get a 5% military discount and another 10% discount if you pay for everything up front. The discounts were nice and the lady that helped me was very nice! The survey at the end was insulting as to how they divided up careers. Nurses, PA’s, and teachers aren’t considered professionals and there is a separate box for careers Sadler’s considers “professional.” It seemed very judgmental and caught me off guard. Other than that, everything went great.
