Elemental Massage

Valerie has always and continues to do amazing work! Throughout the pandemic, I’ve had quite a bit of pain and tightness and she knocked out so much in just one appointment! She followed health guidelines to make sure the chance of spreading disease was minimized as much as possible. Already booked my next appointment!

Valerie was AMAZING!! I don't often get massages (it's been several years) and was worried about going to get one after 120lbs of weight loss and a body that tends to be sensitive/sore with too much pressure. Valerie made me feel so comfortable from the minute that I walked in the the door. She first sat with me and talked about any concerns I may have or problem areas and then took her time making sure she addressed all my needs. Hands down the best massage I have ever had!!!! I have since told several of my friends and mother and sisters! I think everyone should get to experience at least 1 massage from Valerie in their life and hopefully many many more! This is a wonderful place for a massage... very clean, organized and tranquil. Val is a very good therapist. She knows many different modalities and uses them effectively to sort out your aches and pains. Val is very reliable and I love her online booking system.

Its hard to explain what I mean, but Valerie just really gets my body. She’s excellent at intuiting what my muscles need and I just honestly, didn’t know that massages could feel like this. I strongly recommend her.
