I went in with a sore/stiff lower neck and he tried to work on it (as well as some other very random spots) but was to soft and gentle. I asked several times for more pressure or to get deeper but still felt like he was just rubbing my skin not getting into the muscles. Very nice man and would probably be great for little old ladies.
