Lance made the buying process of a new mattress really easy for me. He gave me several options within my budget to choose from along with good information about each one. I definitely feel like I got a great deal and a great mattress. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We purchased a bed and a frame at the Albany store and the frame that we took home to set up ahead of time was missing parts. Lance went above and beyond to replace it with a new frame and got us all set up. We were impressed with the energy he put into the customer service for us. Definitely worth it. Lance is a great manager!

I am absolutely delighted with my new chair! And the service I received was wonderful. The delivery people were also very helpful. I have already recommended you to a friend of mine that needs another chair but she is housebound right now. She will buy a new chair when she can get out. Thank you

We were very happy with the way things fell into place!!ud83dude04The drivers were very sufficient and fast and friendly. Before they left asked if we needed anything else.. They were on time and completed set up less than 1 hour and put our new furniture where we wanted it to be.. We needed to purchase a recliner chair for my wife after her unexpected surgery in October. You wouldn't think it would not be difficult to do, but we found that most furniture stores were way out of our price range and/or unavailable that day or even a few weeks out. Rife's had many chairs to choose from that were in our price range AND available to take home that day. The chair has also been fantastic and wearing well. We be back for other furniture purchases.
