At Home Furniture and Mattress Superstore

Purchased a Jackson sofa. Was told by At home salesperson the couch was excellent and material was better than leather. 6 years later, (the couch rarely gets used because it's just not comfortable and not in a part of the house that gets used), the material just starts peeling and flaking. As if the glue just disintegrated the material. Since my warranty ran out 6 months ago, meaning read the fine print of the 10 year warranty, home furniture and Jackson would fix it for a cost. I declined since I do not want to spend one more cent on the piece of junk Jackson sofa that cost $1000.00 I will not purchase again from this store nor purchase Jackson furniture.nnRegardless of the owner response. I did not make a warranty claim. There was no assessment as I was told the warranty had expired. The person I talked requested pictures. Then sent me a estimate to fix. I didn't ask for that and I didn't accept. Therefore, the following response is simply a confirmation of the misleading tactics and non-accountability that I have experienced from At Home Furniture and Mattress.

Shopping at At Home Furniture was a great experience. The atmosphere was mellow and inviting, there was a variety of inventory to look at. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and they assisted us in finding just the right furniture to meet our wants and our budget. I would definitely shop there again.

Cara, although just learning the sales part of the business. Was extremely helpful and kind. I have been a customer since 2006 and will continue. Although expensive trips to the store, they are very accommodating. I really enjoy my trips to this store.

Nice, honest folks. They gave me a good deal on top of deal. Slightly sad I have to wait for stuff to come in but not their fault either!
