We recently found this place and LOVE all of their products. Everything is so good! Their products taste just as good if not better than products with gluten/dairy. One of the many products we love is the pie crust... it's flaky and delicious. Even the special pumpkin pie they made for Thanksgiving was excellent! My parents who aren't sensitive to gluten said it was absolutely delicious and could see why we love this place so much. It's a 40 minute drive from our house but it's well worth it. We've been there 3 times over the past month and will continue to go back!
My dear cousin Jay sent me a care package with the Wildflour mixes:nBrownies, Carrot cake, Cornbread, Pancake and Waffle mix, Granola and maple syrups. I have been gluten free for 14 years. These are the best products I have ever tasted.nI am so excited about these mixes. They are no fail. Our daughter is Celiac and we live in Montana where there are not a lot of options. When we travel we search out as many gluten free places as we can . This place is awesome. They let us sample the product and it does not disappoint. We all loved the goodies from there. Owner was so friendly. Thank you so much for what you do!
We were excited to try this place, but when we arrived (before we entered) we saw that one of the people working did not have a mask on.nnThere were no customers in the store while they weren't wearing a mask. But if you are preparing or handling food you should always have your mask on. Plus if you were actually sick and breathing in an indoor space with no mask, putting it on after I enter the store doesn't protect me at all.nnVery disappointed. I won't be supporting a business that doesn't take the health of it's customers seriously.
I got the Herb Focaccia bread and the Olive Rosemary rolls and they are amazing! They are very soft and fluffy which is hard to find with gluten free bread. They are definitely my new addiction!
