I’m originally from NJ so whenever I see a place like this, I always have to try it out. The overall feel is very similar to an east coast bagel shop but the menu isn’t quite the same. But still some yummy options! Bagels were also delicious :)
I walked into the store about 10 minutes ago. The doors were unlocked and the sign said open. the person behind the counter very rudely said we're closed. I said I just wanted to take a look at their menu board to see what they have for a future order. He again told me that they were closed and I said okay I'll take my business elsewhere and he said good because we're closed. I didn't realize that restaurants were sitting in a position where they could afford to be rude to customers. Here's a clue Einstein if you're closed turn off your light, turn off your open sign, and lock the door. Being rude to a customer especially a customer that works for a large company and was looking to bring in additional corporate business to you is not a smart move. Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service sucks. It's simply not worth it
$10.11 for a turkey club on a cheddar herb bagel (including tax and 15% tip). Good amount of turkey and lettuce, but not sure if the value of the ingredients was as premium as the price. Nice customer service though!
I was shopping across the street and saw this, good bagels, nothing fancy, to the point. It feels like the kind of chain you’d see in Japan.
I was here many times. Today is my last time, I will find another place with respectful service. Andrew provide horrible service and have bad attitude. I will never back and don't recommend to anybody this experience!
