Great views of Rapid City. Actual grave site, very cool. You can drive all the way in.
Beautiful place, great overlook of both Billings and Billing Heights, good read on the history of Yellowstone Kelly
This is nice, I remember coming here years ago all there was, was a plaque on his grave. What a great way to show respect for this mountain man, Explorer and trapper! As for the black otter trail it's a nice hike I start at boot hill cemetery and walk to the rest area and back.
We really enjoyed the interpretive site.nIt's amazing to know that Yellowstone Kelly traveled and mapped much of the Dakotas and Montana. Truly an inspiration and the start of our History lesson of this great state.
