So amazing....ugh down home good cooking.
The restroom was DISGUSTING every stall was filthy! When I told the girl at the counter she was rude & acted like I had done it! After I finished my meal I went back to the restroom thinking it would be clean...NOT! (This was written a few months ago.nI'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star.)nI just wanted to say there was MAJOR improvements from the last time I visited. The restroom was very clean. I will give another update & rating after I have been there more.
Went there with my fiance and our 4 kids Easter Sunday and we were seated promptly. Upon us being seated we sat there for 10 minutes if not more and never even got acknowledged by any waiter or waitress. We got tired of not being noticed or served so we got up and left and let the hostess and the retail manager know what happened then we went to Famous Dave's. I would've told the restaurant manager but couldn't find him/her either. Will not be back.
It's extremely sad how much this place has gone down hill since I was a kid. It use to be great and had phenomenal service, now customer service is absolutely horrific and you have to hunt people down just to get the food or drink you ordered an hour earlier. I will not be giving this company my business any more and it really does sadden me because I have great memories there from when I was a kid. I hope they can get their act together, but until then they can count me off their list of customers and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
