People here are friendly and helpful...and more important..enough to help customers...
A couple weeks ago I upgraded my phone and after a few days decided it wasn’t for me. I went in and spoke with the manager David. He was extremely helpful in not only helping me return my phone but find a phone that I would love. I highly recommend him and his store to anyone looking for a new phone/provider.
Great store, thank you for your help today. But please please please get your employees some chairs! You could have some tall stools for the counters, it would work great and everyone would be so much more comfortable
Nice people but poor and unprofessional customer service (largely from the manager), not only to me but to other customers around me. Will not be returning to this store because of the poor management. Took care of my problem with a T-Mobile rep online that was much more helpful and actually had a real desire to help me solve my problem to the end.
The employees were great, the manager David was awful.
I recently upgraded my phone and wanted to sell my old one. In order to do so I had to go through T-Mobile's unlock process. After following all the steps and meeting all the criteria it wouldn't for whatever reason unlock.
While the employee was trying to help me he cut them off and insisted that we leave the store. He had no sense of customer service to the point that other people in the store commented how rude he was being.
Will not be returning.
Reading through the other reviews it sounds like this isn't the first time someone has had a bad experience with David. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
