They took forever at the walk up window, like ten minutes before we got someone to take our order. And she was just a peach too, not rude but def not friendly.
Stood outside for 10minutes in -15' weather before someone came to see what I wanted.nNearly froze the tips of my ears off waiting... 2 customers came and left while I was there...nGot to watch an employee do a couple drug deals out the back door at the same time...nPriorities...nBetter to go to the DQ on 10th Ave...nnUpdate; Hasn't gotten much better. Priority given to drive-through for sure. Another customer and myself have been waiting for orders for about 20 minutes, watching emps walk food out to overflow cars that arrived 10 minutes after us...
All I have to say is just by ignoring your customers is a good way to get customers like myself to leave a bad review. Food is always great. But I walked up to the window and rang the bell and no one came. I rang it a few times and stood there for 15 minutes. No one told me that they would be right with me. It wasn't even that busy. I am. Not pleased with the service
This place used ro be decent but the 9th street location has really just gotten horrible. Horribly rude employees, the food is never right, it's cold and I cant remember when my French fries where ever even half full. I do like dairy queen, but we just cannot use that location anymore.
Ordered the chicken strip lunch with gravy and sweet and sour and blizzards. Didn't get any straws or the gravy or sweet and sour fries were old and cold gave us the wrong soft serve ice cream. We ordered a chocolate one and he gave us the swirl said something and he told us we touched it so he couldn't fix it. Not happy
