This was my first time with this boutique. The customer service was prompt, and the delivery was also on time. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be shopping here again.nnI had ordered a 6-12 month size outfit from the website for my little girl's one year birthday outfit. My girl was a growth restricted twin, and I had emailed before to ensure that a 6-12 month size was going to be delivered. The onesie came in size 6-12, but the skirt was 12-24 month size. I did contact the customer service, and was informed the skirt was one size only. There was NO mention of that on the picture or order. When I informed customer service, they stated there was nothing they could do. So sadly, my little girl's one year birthday outfit doesn't actually fit, with a skirt that is too big, and it is too close to her photo shoot to fix it. Not only that, but I spent over 100 dollars on this outfit.nnThe quality was great, but if the outfit doesn't fit, it really isn't worth it.

It was my first time with Ruffles and Bowties. I am always not sure about the quality when I purchase online but Ruffles and Bowties give you an amazing quality of dress. The clothes were made with love.... Soft material and my daughter was comfortable for whole event. They have amazing customer service. They responded to me very promptly and fulfilled all my requirements. I will recommend you guys to them. They are Amazingud83dude0aud83dude0a

Love this shop! They have the cutest baby and kids clothes! I purchased my daughter's first birthday and smash cake photo outfits from here. The girls were so helpful in helping me pick out an outfit online, making recommendations and answering all of my questions.

8/17/20 - I have edited my rating based on the customer service I received. Krysta took the time to reach out to me and understand my experience, did everything she could to rectify the situation. I felt heard and understood, and I received all the information I had requested. Plus, the outfits I have received are good quality and so cute!n--nI placed an order on 7/9/20, almost $200 of items for my 5 almost 6 month old baby. My order was delivered 7/18/20 with 3 items missing, no explanation or paperwork to where they were. I emailed support on 7/19/20, 7/24/20, 8/3/20, and 8/13/20 still haven’t gotten this matter resolved - they stated my items were being custom made and would update me with shipping, but never did.
