After calling multiple other stores looking for a mounting screw for an m.2 ssd, they found some right away and I was in and out in 5 minutes. They are Super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Would definitely come again.
Over the years United Computer has helped me with problems big to small. (Viruses, data, hardware, etc). They have always provided excellent communication and customer service. They’ve always treated me with respect, although I am virtually computer illiterate. I would consider taking my tactility problems anywhere else in Cache Valley. Thanks United.
My computer just needed a little fix and they helped me out very quickly at a very reasonable price.
My computer suddenly stalled and wouldn't even load Windows. I had heard from friends how much they liked United Computer, so I took it there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very good to work with. They spent time answering my questions and helping me understand what was needed and why, and made sure my computer was working perfectly for me. The price was fair and reasonable and I will go back to them when I need their help again! And I'm telling all my friends too!
These guys are awesome. They worked with me after hours to get my laptop up and running. They were able to get parts in much faster than anywhere else and I wasn't out my laptop for several weeks, like I would have been if I had gone elsewhere. There prices were also much better than anywhere else I found. Go see these guys if you need computer help!
