Excellent, helpful service, however the mandatory mask requirements don't seem to be working well. Most employees are doing a good job in terms of mask wearing, but store visitors, not so good.

There is not one person at Home Depot in Cedar city Utah that isn't friendly, courteous, helpful, professional. I had a problem with the delivery that I received from Home Depot, which by the way was not the problem of Home Depot it was the delivery company and that particular company would not help me so the girls at the desk offered to personally come out and pick this item up and take it down and have it shipped back for me. You just don't get that kind of help in any other company! I wish I could remember all of the girls names at the desk I recognize them because they're amazing memories a little short these days but I love every one at Home Depot. I worked there for six years in Arizona and my son worked in Cedar city for five, it's also the best place on the planet to work. The camaraderie and the loyalty of this company is beyond anything I've ever experienced. God bless you Home Depot. From appliances the desk the management , even the garden department was willing to help me ! Departments that really had nothing to do with my problem came in and tried to help now where else will you find that. God bless you and thank you I will always be a committed shopper and loyal to Home Depot. Always great service! As a contractor I am here often and the staff is friendly and helpful. A specific situation I had recently was with Tamala at the pick up desk. I ordered a large item online and had accidentally shipped it to the wrong store, as in other side of the country wrong. She was extremely helpful in tracking it down, getting reimbursed and ordering a new one this time to the correct location. Her knowledge and helpful attitude attached to her good humor was exactly what I needed! Thank you Tamala!
