Slow and outdated system. I have tried contacting this facility since my daughters birth in October. I have called and received very little help. When they finally found my paperwork in December I was told the birth certificate would get to me within a week. We never received anything. We were given the wrong information and now our daughter can’t be on our insurance until they sort this out.

In the summer of 2019 I tried going after my sons birth certificate and fast forward a year later I still don’t have it. I was missing a form that needed to be notarized and I fixed it and sent it in , and still never received it or got any word back. I had to deal with first off a rude worker trying to tell me there was no record of me even though I definitely ordered through them to having them say I need to fill out the same paper I already fixed. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and I can’t even get my son registered in daycare so I can work because it’s to hard to reach back out after it’s been so long!

My son has been waiting for over 5 months to the birth cert for his daughter NOT good legal matter may take place

Made a telephone inquiry that was concerning an event that occurred 60 years ago. The individual took the time to do the research for me and provided the answer while I was on the phone. Very helpful.
