Very nice place to shop for your house furniture, with large, open space and modern store, with a lot of modern furniture to chose from. Friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff eager to help. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give a rating of zero stars to reflect the full experience with this retailer. At first everything seemed great. I was told it would be be 8 - 10 weeks to receive my furniture. I was told that I could call anytime and the staff at the store would tell me the status of my order at the manufacturer. I ordered and paid for my furniture. Once they had my money, the customer service ended. I called the store at the 9 week mark and asked about the status of my order. The staff member who answered the phone seemed vague and disinterested. When I asked for specific information about my furniture order, the staff member became rude, raised her voice, said “We are done!”, and hung up the phone. At the 16 week mark, I filed a dispute with the credit card company. Two days later, the furniture store contacted me. The staff member at the furniture store proceeded to try, in my opinion; to intimidate me into withdrawing the chargeback with the credit card company.nnFive and a half months after the beginning of this ordeal, the credit card company ruled in my favor. I took my money and my business to another furniture store in Pahrump. At the new store, I found the furniture I wanted, and it was delivered the same day with awesome customer service.
