very unprofessionaln1. they called us two hrs early to let us know we could come on early if we would like.nand yes they took us back. 4 of us had never had a pedicure before, so we had no idea exactn2. four of us got pedicures and two got manicuresn3. they put the sponges and the generic flip flops on us as was expected. then they left the room and we waited for an hour and none of the employees came back to relieve us or to say they were done or that we needed to wait nothing.n4 we went to pay and my sister told the cashier that they forgot us back there we waited for one hournand she said. they should have told you to wait 5 min and you all can live. but no , there were 3 different ladies that worked on the 4 of us and non of this ladies explained what the procedures were not what we should expect next. we were very disappointednwith the overall experience at Classy Nailsn5. we paid over $200. for a very bad experiencen6 . management was very rude we stepped out sidenwhile we waited on the last of our group to be finished with her manicure. and one of our sisters needed to take her medicine and one of us stepped in to ask for a water and they were very rude over a bottle of water.nwe will never ever do business with them again.nand i would not recommend there service ever.

Always Great Service. Wonderful experience. I go because I am a Diebetic and I take good care of my feet.. more men need to go it's not just for Women.

They forgot about us and we're very rude when we complain d about it plus the polish on my big toe cracked wish I could take a picture to show you what I mean .it really looks like it's cracked wemy sisters and I spend over two hundred dollars there will not do that again. ....Also we didn't want anything to drink when they offered but after we paid my sister asked for a water so she could take her pills and they refuse d to give her one

I went for a manicure with tips and facial waxing, had to go back and fix my eyebrows and I love my nail tech but she was a little more than off.
