Hampton Inn & Suites Hobbs

We reserved a King suite with a couch. They put us in a 2 queen regular room with no explanation. Awaiting a refund on the price difference. The toilet was running when we arrived and continued to run all night long. There was a tile missing in bathroom and black looking mold along the edge of the tub. Breakfast in the age of covid leaves a lot to be desired everywhere. The young girl working the desk was not much help. We took frozen breakfast items from a freezer and attempted to heat them in a lobby microwave. It didn't work properly at all and we ended up throwing away the items. Stayed in 3 different Hamptons in June and now this one in September. This one by far was the absolute worst. I will not stay here ever again and I highly recommend no one stay in this hotel.

My wife and I were on a road trip and this spot was right across the Texas, New Mexico boarder. Really comfortable bed and cold ac. Hampton Inns are not all the same but they're usually pretty nice.

The best quality real countrible hotel you will enjoyed your lay down night or your honey moons so clean and the perfect at a low price so fantastic great hospitality.

This is a great place to stay in Hobbs. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing with fresh smoothies and juices daily, amongst a wide variety. The gym is sufficient as well.I have 4 stars only because there's sometimes a damp smell in the rooms and the pool isn't always available Otherwise it is clean, and homely enough.

When we opened our room door, I thought we had a wrong room. The room was not cleaned from the guest before. Bed not made, used towels on the floor, pizza boxes and trash all over. But there was a seal on the door that it was cleaned and disinfected. And then NO help in the lobby! Very disgusted with this place!!!!
